Mission
Through its asset manager, Tikehau Capital invests in private companies with strong growth potential and with proven underlying profitability. The Private Equity team invests in mid-size companies and is closely involved with the management teams of these companies to support them in their development and external growth operations. The team is based across Paris, London, Milan and Madrid.
You will support the Private Equity team in the evaluation, filtering, execution and monitoring of equity transactions in Europe in the following areas:
  • Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies;
  • Build financial model and scenario analysis of company business plans;
  • Attend management meetings;
  • Involved in the structuring and execution of financing, legal documentation and deal negotiation;
  • Participate in the monitoring of portfolio companies;
  • Involved in internal and external reporting and fund-related activities.
The position is London based.

Profile
  • Holds a degree from a Business School or University with a specialisation in Finance
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a permanent analyst role and able to demonstrate transaction experience developed within Private Equity/M&A/Corporate finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and modeling
  • Good expertise of Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent in English
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills
  • He or she is motivated, driven, dynamic, results-oriented, a team player and wishes to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company.
