Brief Summary of Job

• Work within specified sector teams on a day-to-day basis in the servicing of corporate clients
• Work with project teams on variety of transaction types (ECM, M&A & IPOs)
• Build and maintain financial models as necessary
• Prepares client and marketing presentations

The client is open to receiving applications from a range of backgrounds however is particularly interested in speaking to individuals who have:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (Investment Banking/Lead Advisory/CF or equivalent...)
• M&A and/or ECM experience
• A strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Experience preparing client presentation material
