A great opportunity to join the leading warrant issuer in Asia. Macquarie's Equity Derivatives & Trading Division is looking for high-performing and entrepreneurial candidates with relevant experience to join our team based in Singapore.

As an Equity Derivatives Trader within the Commodities and Global Markets Group, you will be working in the Volatility team to maximise risk-adjusted profits for the South East Asian Volatility desk. You will be primary responsible for warrant market-making and management of prices/rates as well as management of risk positions for a derivative portfolio. You will also be involved in analysis of market trends, warrant market data and volatility trading performance as well as assist in the development of the front office trading strategy and platform.

Relevant Experience & Key Skills
  • Minimum 3 years trading experience in warrants and/or equities ETO market making
  • strong work ethic, high levels of internal motivation and willingness to learn
  • strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • C#, Python or similar scripting experience
  • capacity to make rapid decisions and perform under pressure
  • Someone who enjoys working in team and thrives in a productive environment and welcomes responsibility and ownership.
