Requirements:

• 2+ Years covering USA Financials Sector in a buy-side function (Strict Requirement).
• Housing, Building Products, REITs etc.)
• Come from a Top Investment Bank Analyst Programme/Hedge Fund Graduate Programme.
• Experience with event-focused / catalyst driven investing.
• Short selling experience and aptitude.
• Passion for investing and the ability to communicate ideas and information effectively is critical.
• Preferably, the candidate would be ranked in the top of his or her peer group at current and former employers.
