Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Head of Legal, Leading Investment Bank:

• Management of deals - Fund-raising Equity/Debt, Merger and Acquisition, Joint Ventures and other transactions
• Provide full legal administration and advisory with a focus on corporate and commercial matters
• Provide advisory and research support on regulations and governance
• Negotiation and execution of deals with local and overseas clients
• Draft, review and edit various contracts, legal filings and correspondence
• Conduct relevant research and due diligence when necessary
• Fully support the legal team across all legal operations, functions and administration
• Work with other counter parties, departments, internal and external stakeholders

Requirements of the Head of Legal, Leading Investment Bank:

• At least 10+ years PQE and relevant practice or in-house banking/finance experience
• Strong regulatory knowledge of banking, finance and capital markets
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, internally and externally
• Good team player, Self-motivated and Adaptable
