Responsibilities of the Head of Operations, Asset Management role:

• Prepare and draft responses to MAS reporting and relevant adhoc queries
• Oversee the entire Technology Risk management and Governance Framework
• Collaborate with leaders across the business to ensure and improve Enterprise risk register and Compliance monitoring plan
• Ensure that projects within the team are in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensure adherence to guidelines and conduct due diligence on service providers
• Develop and improve Compliance manual to tailor to company's business
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders
• Familiar with end to end Operations within an Asset Management firm
• Any adhoc projects that To participate and assist in any ad hoc tasks and requests relevant

Requirements of the Head of Operations, Asset Management role :

• At least 10 years of experience within Compliance and Operations
• Strong understanding in local regulations
• Experience in a Bank and Financial Institution - Asset Management/Investment firms preferred
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Compliance policies and Operations framework
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
