Supporting the senior investment professionals in all investment and advisory activities including the origination of investment opportunities, corporate finance and fund placement mandates
Target company and market analysis, and financial models for new investments
Support the development of portfolio companies e.g. bolt-on acquisitions, new market entry
Building detailed financial models, incorporating operational and cash flow forecasts
Performing valuation analyses, including comparable transaction
Prior experience as an Associate, or equivalent position, in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, corporate development or transaction-focussed accounting firm
Strong financial modelling skills with an understanding of funding mechanics
Good commercial acumen and a drive for outstanding customer service and a high-performance culture
Personal experience of working within a small team with a large amount of autonomy with proven exposure to client interaction and junior team member leadership
Strong academic credentials with upper second-class degree and above (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent) from a top tier university or business school and a strong mathematical background at A-level and beyond
