• Provide support to Compensation & Benefits function
• Maintain employees' master records and data accuracy
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll and accounting reports
• Prepare monthly contribution of provident fund
• Prepare actual and forecast reports in terms of headcount and expenses
• Prepare tax returns to employees and tax filing
• Perform benefits administration and support annual group insurance renewal
• Execute process improvement, support system enhancement under guidance
• Assist in any HR related initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably with a major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
