This role is a highly commercial and visible one, working closely with the Sales team, Support functions, and with external stakeholders such as CSDs and Trade Venues. The team is the single point of contact/first level of escalation for external stakeholders. Must have clear English and French and understanding financial products and work on BAU with the clients on collateral. Product knowledge: Fixed income, securities, cash, reports, equities, M&A, credit, etc Key responsibilities - Act as entry and escalation point for queries and/or issues across Operations and Onboarding environments
- Build and manage the strong day to day relationship with Members/Partners
- Understanding of sales
- Commercially focussed with experience of delivering client-driven solutions
- Sound knowledge on fixed income and other financial products.
- Ability to understand technical complexity of the full end to end trade and clearing process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Liaise with key stakeholders (both written and oral) to ensure Members queries are resolved in a timely fashion
- Use dedicated tools to streamline processes and implement solutions to enhance Members experience
- Proactively monitor and track Members' day to day metrics via Management Information (rankings, volumes)
- Accompany Members in Business changes and new initiatives implementation
- Coordinate Members training/demos as required to ensure a smooth introduction into the CCP
- Prepare and perform Member presentations/training workshops
- Prepare and collate responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires
- Centralize all questions regarding risk, Financial products, listed products, collateral
- Manage the communication and interactions with Trade Venues
- Manage the entire onboarding process (start-up, extensions) for Members and trading venues by coordinating with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, credit risk, operations) until the go-live date
- Manage amendments in membership status (mergers, resignation, name change etc.)
- Strictly follow onboarding procedures: making sure all documents have been properly signed and archived internally mand salesforce is updated accordingly along the process
- Follow up / track member onboarding and testing
- Review / maintain/improve onboarding procedures to ensure efficient onboarding in a reduced timeline
