Job Description

The Associate will support the Leveraged and Corporate Loan Syndication teams as applicable.
Main responsibilities of the role:
  • Updating and maintaining deal comparable data bases
  • Review of market trends in terms of structures, pricing, liquidity
  • Assist in underwriting memo preparation
  • Comply with the Loan Syndication procedure and maintaining the appropriate controls
  • Assist in preparing market materials for client pitches
  • Update UW position in Singular
  • Assist in preparing bi-weekly underwriting reports to be presented to the Chief Risk Officer
  • Assist in deal-execution (e.g. Q&A with investors, liasing with sales etc.)
  • Keep comparables tables updated
  • Build and maintain market netword (peers and investors)


Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • Ability to obtain a strong knowledge of credit markets
  • Outgoing and communicative
  • Rigorous in analysis
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Good written English skills
  • Team-work spirit
  • Result oriented
