For of our client we are currently looking for an Application Specialist CRM (m/f), who is passionate about his craft. If you have interests in this field of work and are motivated by technology, this job is for you!

Your tasks
  • Being a subject matter expert for CRM application
  • Providing resolutions for 3rd level support incidents and requests
  • Monitor and improve system performance and availability
  • Identification of improvement opportunities and assessment of alternatives
  • Definition and implementation of operational tasks for applications
  • Organization of deployments into Test and Production environments
  • Providing support for IT Service Owner in lifecycle planning for application
  • Preparing detailed documentation for the operation of the application
  • Providing support to the solution architect in defining application-specific architectures and solutions, integration into the overall architecture
  • Supporting impact analysis of new requirements on the application

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a similiar position
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, Oracle and PL/SQL
  • Proven experience in application management and software development
  • Knowledge of customer data management and CRM systems and processes in banking industry
  • Ability to analyze complex problems related to the application and provide solutions with minimal guidance from supervisors
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with strong team player attitude
  • Practical experience with
