FIG analyst with below repsonsibilities :
Business Planning Support
Assist Sales to conduct comprehensive research and client analysis, as to identify strategic opportunities, to market JPMorgan's wholesales payment products and solutions in addressing client specific needs
Participate in internal client plan and market review, in support with data to sales in generating insights for both short and long term business development and strategies.
Interact with working level contacts of FIG clients in supporting FIG sales team to build and maintain the firm's relationships with FIG clients based in Hong Kong;
Help to manage the client profiles up to dated, streamline reporting and create scalability in order to support new initiatives, enable the team in routine review and tracking of FI client's wallet shares, revenue ramping and identify incremental opportunities.
Liaise closely with CS&I team in new account opening and products setups for both new FIG and existing clients, to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
Responsible for new and update billing/pricing and interest setup at timely manner, and conduct post setup check to avoid client impact.
Responsible for pipeline management, maintain accurate information and other sales governance processes through Corporate sales tool (Dealworks). Ensure documentation (e.g. the agreements, sales contracts and correspondence) filing in good order to commit the sales team's deal related requirements and sales audit guidelines.
Facilitate with FIG sales the required deal governance requirements and reporting, such as CDMC for cross-border booking clearance, significant revenue reporting.
Work with FIG sales in finalizing sales materials such as RFP, proposals/presentations, pricing updates, and other ad-hoc marketing output.
Coordinate client events hosted by FIG sales team, including invitations delivery, event materials preparations such as presentation deck and contents, marketing printouts, etc, appointment with speakers, etc.
Manage the AML RFI database and status trackers, including close monitoring of FI client's AML RFI quality. Proactively support in improving the AML RFI quality with FCB clients, not limits to client communications and internal escalations.
Assist sales in analyzing client's overall AML risk & control quality from AML RFIs, as to add value to clients and defense our FCB business.
Liaise with GFCC teams (including FCB Advisory and Sanctions Advisory) for adhoc client outreach or data mining request.
Support FCB sales in client's AML/Sanction related inquiry at both transactional or relationship levels; work with internal teams to smoothen the compliance investigations and screening.
Assist FCB sales in preparation of AMLOC requirements, such as new client / incremental business request, ARP, C&D breaches, particular segment review, etc.
Coordinate of Know Your Client (KYC) processes with Sales and RP as related to record remediation, renewals and new on-boarding
Manage and respond to client screening and disposition requests (GFCC, sanctions, AML, anti-corruption, PEP, news, etc.)
