An insurance group is currently seeking an individual to take on compliance responsibility for their MGA.

The wider group compliance team have ensured compliance for the past three years, however, due to business growth they now need somebody to take the role on full time.

You will initially have support from analysts from the group function but it is anticipated that you will hire an analyst at some point in the near future.

The role involves all aspects of compliance (regulatory, financial crime and sanctions) and will see you set policy, procedure and develop existing processes.

It is essential for this role that you have experience of working in compliance for an MGA.
