Collaborate with Risk Managers to support:
  • the delivery of work activities from the Risk Plan, identifying standard good practices in Operational Risk Management.
  • on strategy, appetite, register and process and culture development
  • working on risk system identification and implementation (including migration)

Collaborate with Compliance team on the provision of risk information, including:
  • coordination with the Compliance Monitoring Plan
  • coordination with the Risk and Compliance Assurance Plan
  • Take active ownership of bespoke work streams i.e. transfer of risk register between different systems
  • Actively support in the documentation of training material on risk, and when required deliver to stakeholders
  • Providing assistance to the broader team in their day-to-day tasks
  • Assisting with the submission of required regulatory returns and notifications to FCA
  • Undertaking responsibility for the maintenance of the Security Lists as part of the Compliance support services provided
  • Updating, maintaining and reviewing the Terms of Business Agreements
  • Recording of complaints received into Complaints log, assisting with the prompt resolution and ensuring the records are updated
  • Assisting with the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems for the Risk and Compliance Department
  • Attending internal Risk and Compliance meetings and preparing minutes where required
  • Completion of monthly monitoring tasks
  • Preparation of committee / management reports
  • Administrator for screening software and central point of contact for resolutions

You will need at least two years experience of working in risk or compliance with an insurance firm, ideally Lloyd's market.
