Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end review of conventional trade products (Documentary Trade and Open Account) to establish product growth strategy
  • Enhance existing product features / processes for better efficiency and value proposition
  • Develop product commercialisation plan to increase the business performance
  • Work closely with sales and RMs to keep pulse of customers' evolving needs
  • Keep close to market development especially in the digital arena to evaluate the benefits to the bank
  • Work with network branches / subsidiaries to grow the regional business

Qualifications
Requirements
  • 8 years experience in Trade Finance arena, especially Documentary Trade, with knowledge of product associated risks (eg. legal, compliance, credit, operation)
  • experience in Product Management role is highly preferred, with strong emphasis on new product development and product commercialisation
  • exposure to process improvement projects is an advantage
  • business orientated, enterprising and inquisitive in new way of doing things
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal stakeholders
  • team player and willing to share knowledge
  • proficiency in Microsot Excel will be an advantage
