Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the technology and operational needs of asset management functions.
• Manage project implementation including delivering project key milestones, managing timeline and proactively manage and resolve issues.
• Formulate, design and develop solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap which aligns to architectural direction and standards.
• Ensure designs are performant, scalable and resilient.
• Gather User and Business Requirements for firm's application software systems.
• Leverage the subject matter experts in stakeholders and deliver structured and well-thought through solutions.
• Document Business Requirements and System Design Requirements.
• Coordinate with application developers on the Technical Design Specifications.
• Lead and manage issues during UAT and Sprints and ensure all requirements have proper records - Become an effective connection between users and technology to provide end to end solutions that ensure users' needs are met.
• Respond to issues promptly and through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, recommend sound solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Mathematics & Statistics/ Engineering - Experience in banking, finance or asset management industry.
• 2-5 years' relevant working experience.
• Excellent communications and documentation skills
• Independent and motivated person, good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior knowledge in business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with agile processes and tools (JIRA & Confluence).
