The role has lead responsibility to originate new opportunities from the investment manager, broker and bank market, conduct appropriate analysis and make investment recommendations of individual structured credit transactions and provide robust first line risk management oversight and reporting of the resultant Infrastructure portfolio. 

Relevant skills:

Essential

•  Demonstrable track record of originating, analysing, evaluating and managing structured finance transactions
• Strong derivative modelling, cashflow structuring and derivative execution capability
• Proven credit risk underwriting skills, with experience in public and illiquid credit markets
• Knowledge and experience of different credit rating methodologies.
• Strong market presence, well known in the market (clients, advisors, banks, other insurance companies, lawyers etc.).
• Track record of delivery and working collaboratively with others
• Excellence in stakeholder management and collaborative working.

Desirable

• Experience of managing loan workouts
• Knowledge and experience of Solvency II regulation and Prudent Person Principle
• Experience of managing loan workouts
