A multinational retail and commercial bank in the heart of Berlin, are seeking an IT Compliance Manager to drive and develop their Compliance policies and procedures. You will be overseeing an international team from more than 6 different countries related to all IT and Governance policies. As an IT Compliance Manager, you will be:
* Continuously further developing the IT compliance and governance framework
* Implementing regulatory and supervisory requirements
* Developing regular and ad-hoc reports and IT management, as well as the 2LOD and 3LOD
* Advising and optimizing Compliance processes
* Implementing relevant regulatory and legal requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, BSIG)
* Implementing and regulation of the annual IT strategy process in coordination with the strategic goals of the business
* Further developing policies and procedures
* Reviewing all relevant internal IT guidelines, together with technology policy and relevant aspects of cyber and information security policy
* Reporting risks, issues and control weaknesses to the Management Board

As an IT Compliance Manager, you should have:
* A bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
* 5 years' experience within a Financial Sector
* You have already used JIRA and Confluence
* In-depth knowledge of German and European regulatory requirements
* Affinity with numbers as well as analytical strength, project management skills, organizational talent
* IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office
* Fluency in English
