The selected candidate will be a self-starter who can own the production of models and detailed analysis to define the company's forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and KPI reporting. The role will involve ongoing reporting of forecasts and actuals, ad hoc financial analysis to support senior management decision making and proactively identifying initiatives to improve business or financial performance. The firm is incredibly data hungry, gathering data from the tens of thousands of consumers it works with. This data covers the entire budget of consumers and is growing all the time.

Skills:

• Three to five years' experience either in a similar role or an advisory team within a top tier accounting firm
• Significant financial modelling experience with strong analytical skills, with a track record of creating integrated three-statement (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) models from scratch
• Strong academic record, preferably with a numerate degree
• Highly numerate with a logical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with programming skills (such as VBA) desirable
• ACA or CA qualified or equivalent
• Down to earth style and comfortable communicating and working with senior management or the PE investor
• Proactive, self-starter comfortable with increasing responsibilities
• Able to demonstrate an ability to work in an agile manner

Package

• Salary in the range of £60k to £65k,
• 25 days holiday per year
