The Management Consultancy in question is hiring people at the Manager and Consultant level to work with Change and Transformation projects in Retail Banks. Applicants must have experience working on projects with a focus on solution design with both business and technology, ideally being the person liaising between both. The specific domain this opportunity operates in is payments, cash lending, liquidity solutions within the commercial and retail banking sector. Any previous experience within consultancies is beneficial and blockchain & trade finance is a big benefit.

This role requires specific solution design experience as opposed to just project or change management roles. The successful applicant will be a problem solver with experience in technology and business roles who has designed the strategy for a project rather than the delivery. Any experience or knowledge of business operations working with cloud projects is beneficial.

• Change & Transformation within operations in Retail or Commercial Banks
• Experience designing the strategic direction of a project (as opposed to the delivery)
• Solution design experience
• Customer journey designers
• Problem solvers and advisory background
• Exposure to both technological and business domain
• Understanding of payments, cash lending, liquidity solutions
• Experience with blockchain and trade finance
• Consulting background is beneficial
