Responsibilities

  • Leverage both internal and external data to develop solutions aiming to improve customer engagement and business performance
  • Work with other analytics team to design, develop, and implement dynamic visualization tools aiming to provide actionable insights for better business decisioning and management
  • Work with other business teams and stakeholders to better understand customers' behavior in digital channels and help creating go to market strategies leveraging ad-hoc analytics
  • Ensure all models / tools created complying regulation and internal guidance
  • Minimum 8 years' working experiences in quantitative analytics, business analytics, modeling, and/or machine learning.
  • With solid experience of application of modeling / analytics in the context of the customer life cycle management across multiple distribution channels with effectiveness measurement and test learning
  • Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to summarize analytic findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Accountabilities
  • Work closely with senior leadership across different business units to identify business needs and challenges that can be addressed through data-driven advanced analytics and / or digital channels.
  • Design and implement customized analytical solution and data-driven insights using SAS or Python
  • nterpret & translate analytic output into actionable insights.
  • Responsible for experimental test design and ensure an robust A/B test framework to accelerate learning


Requirements
  • University degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or another quantitative discipline. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Professional experiences with R/Python (SciKit-Learn, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras.....etc) or / SAS (Base, SAS STAT, Enterprise Miner...etc)
  • Proficient in visualization tool such as Qlikview / Qlik Sense a plus
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL or Hadoop a plus
  • Passion and curiosity for business and customers
  • Ability to navigate uncharted water in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to find the critical path in a complex environment and develop a scalable solution
