Role Overview
  • Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory is responsible for relationship coverage and the cross-sell of the firm's Institutional Clients Group products, from its clients' working capital and financial servicing needs, to risk management solutions to the fully array of corporate finance services and a specific ownership of M&A and Corporate Lending.
  • APAC Corporate Banking has coverage of over 1,500 Corporate, Financial Institution and Public Sector clients headquartered in APAC, and 7,500 subsidiaries of global multi-national companies operating in APAC.
  • The APAC Corporate Banking Business Management team is seeking an Associate or Vice President to support the APAC Corporate Bank Business. The team works closely with BCMA senior management and Corporate Banking country heads to execute strategic initiatives; support business growth and development and day-to-day management of the business.
  • The ideal candidate should have interest in pursuing a career focused in strategy and financial analysis, be interested in solving business problems and playing a pivotal role in shaping the forward strategy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the APAC BCMA leadership and management team to develop and implement business strategy. Facilitate, support and lead key business initiatives across the region
  • Analyze and communicate financial performance, banker metrics, client opportunities, market trends and provide insights for country and regional stakeholders
  • Support the regional team in developing innovative solutions along with product partners to address client needs and objectives
  • Assist with business and divisional communications, e.g. Townhall presentations and conferences
  • Coordinate regular business planning and review, and working with business leaders on developing business outlook and strategy
  • Develop and manage relationships with key areas of the firm, such as TTS, Markets, Operations and Risk
  • Prepare senior management presentations
  • Drive and execute key projects and adhoc analyses within the business

Experience / Skills
  • 5+ years' experience in Financial Services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to confidently interact with individuals at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Ability to drive projects and initiatives - a self-starter
  • Commercial focus, ready to take ownership and accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask
  • Exceptional attention to detail and client focus
  • Inquisitive and enthusiastic
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • University degree or higher
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
