Main job responsibilities include:

• To originating and structuring financing opportunities as well as marketing effective solutions to corporate clients and institutional clients
• Lead and supervise the DCM team
• To manage DCM deal sourcing and syndicate function, manage the deal process including price bargaining with both issuers and investors, term sheet structuring, obtaining credit approval, security documentation negotiation and deal execution
• Build and maintain DCM key client relationships
• To facilitate bond issuing transactions
• To lead the sales team on Fixed Income transactions
• Overseeing the control of seeking potential customer and market driven capital market opportunities
• Ensure full compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines with professional qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years solid working experience with major investment bank, focus in Debt Capital Market
• Concrete experience on team management
• Solid understanding on fixed income market
• Good written English and Chinese; Fluent Mandarin and English speaking
