Responsibilities:

• To provide independent Legal service, Support & Training to the senior management and the office
• Providing advices on Legal matter and as a contact point between the Bank and external solicitors
• Keep abreast of the applicable regulator developments impacting the Bank's business and provide advices on the same
• Assist in the design, management and implementation of the Legal framework of the office
• Coordinate with the Legal function in the Head Office in relation to group level project, policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above with minimum 5 years' Legal experience in prevailing In-house Counsel or with in-house experience in Commercial Banks
• Experience in Regulatory matters
• Strong organization skills and able to work independently or in a team
• Strong language skills (Cantonese, Mandarin & English)
• Excellent written & verbal communication
