The successful candidate should come from an operations/data analyst background, be confident in working with data on a daily basis whilst having good experience in processing, manipulating and presenting data. The role will also involve working on tasks in risk, modelling and performance reporting. The hire can expect to also work on various projects, taking advantage of the autonomy that the position provides. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders within the business and taking ownership over their day - this is not a role for someone who wants to be micromanaged.

The ideal candidate would have between 1-3 years experience from an asset manager, hedge fund or investment bank, a 2:1 or better from a top university and have a keen interest in financial markets. Any advanced knowledge in VBA or excel would be seen as a big bonus for this role.

The budget for the role is for a 40-50k base salary. A strong performer will receive a large % of their base as a bonus payment. The firm offer a top tier benefits package.
