You'll ensure service availability and value and quality as well as performance and process maturity across this landscape.
Identity and authentication are critical to how we interact with the world online. We need to make it as easy as possible for everyone, including the most vulnerable people, to prove who they are so they can access the support and services they need.
Identity and Trust is responsible for the department's identity strategy and the associated digital services. We're driving industry-leading approaches, focusing on reusable and shareable policies and technologies, that will enable common citizen and department user journeys that are both responsive and personalised.
You'll work on everything you'd associate with an ITSM role - reporting, incident management, problem management, service level agreement (SLA) and operational level agreement (OLA) management - but you'll do it on an enormous scale, in a unique context and driven by an extraordinary purpose.
