Job requirements:

  • Associate Member of HKICS
  • A minimum of 10 years' company secretarial experience at middle or upper level in Hong Kong listed and PRC companies
  • Proficiency in the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the disclosure requirements
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Team player with good communication skills
