Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Product Manager to be based within the London office.

Main responsibilities within the Senior Product Manager position include:

• Working with senior brokers and IT management to shape and deliver on the STP strategy for the London group
• Building relationships with clients, identifying needs and delivery solutions in a timely fashion
• Working with STP vendor companies to tailor solutions to business requirements
• Becoming a subject matter expert on Post Trade technologies, advising and educating operations and front office departments on system capability, new features / workflows  and assisting where needed on issue resolution
• Representing the business in industry post trade initiatives

Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:

• Experience of working within a similar role at Venues, Banks or Vendors
• Excellent understanding of STP trade flows across all FICC asset classes
• Sound understanding of multiple regulatory regimes encompassing the reporting requirements and technical workflows which underpin them
• Experience presenting to C level management (internal and external)
• Experience working with Operations teams for the delivery/on-boarding of new post trade solutions
• Experienced in establishing effective and influential relationships both internally and externally.
