Manage a variety of corporate finance projects including IPO, M&A, bond and private offerings.
Lead team members and monitored the progress of the projects; conduct comprehensive due diligence; liaised with different professional parties (including lawyers, auditors, internal control advisors, etc.).
Handle enquiries and communications with regulators.
Prepare, review and supervise the drafting of prospectus, announcements, circulars, listing documents, market comparable analysis, key financial ratios analysis, financial statement analysis.
Review and evaluate assumptions on business valuation, financial model, feasibility study, and profit & cash flow forecast.
Assisted in business development, e.g. pitching, pre-IPO inquiries and pre-deal due diligence and advisory.
Bachelor Degree holder or above
6+ years of Corporate Finance experience
Self-motivated and passionate about personal and group accomplishment
Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach to business
Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties
Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a must
