Compliance Manager

A multinational retail and commercial bank in the heart of Berlin, are seeking a Compliance Manager to drive and develop their Compliance policies and procedures. You will be overseeing an international team from more than 6 different countries related to all Regulatory and Outsourcing policies. As a Compliance Manager, you will be:
* Leading all Compliance regulations, whilst ensuring that the enforcement of legal provisions are met
* Developing and maintaining the outsourcing framework ensuring the management of outsourcing and other acquisitions of goods and services are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
* Implementing regulatory and supervisory requirements
* Advising and optimizing Compliance processes
* Monitoring activities and documentation in the context of compliance, money laundering and fraud prevention within the Group
* Implementation of internal control systems and a risk management framework
* Further developing policies and procedures
* Reporting risks, issues and control weaknesses to the Management Board and writing the annual outsourcing report pursuant to MaRisk
* Implementing training measures in the area of compliance
* Implementing Compliance training on regulatory and outsourcing Compliance

As a Compliance Manager, you should have:
* A bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
* 5 years' experience within a Financial Sector
* In-depth knowledge of German and European regulatory requirements
* Affinity with numbers as well as analytical strength, project management skills, organizational talent
* IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office
* Fluency in German and English
