This Blue-Chip Real-Estate focused fund are hiring a Business Development Director to join their successful Business Development team and work closely alongside the Global Head of Sales. The Business Development Director will play a key role in leading the sales effort across the UK and Europe and will get exposure to some of the biggest Real Estate Investors.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely alongside the Global Head of Sales to raise capital from UK and European Institutional Investors.
• Liaise with existing network and generate a new network of Investors interested in Real Estate.
• Attend Regular meetings across Europe with the largest European Institutional Investors.
• Support a team of Investor Relations Associates in their career progression.

Requirements:

• c.5 years of experience selling Real Estate strategies to Institutional Investors across the UK and/or Europe
• Additional European language skill would be a plus
• In depth understanding of Real Estate
• Existing network of active Real Estate Institutional Investors
• Extremely motivated and sales driven
