Business Analyst (AVP) – x2
Venn Group is currently recruiting for two experienced business analysts to join an international bank with an office in London. This position will sit within the project management office and focus on the banks securities integration project.
The position will create and document detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions within business or strategy-based projects. It will also be required to identify areas of impact on the target operating model and provides solutions to mitigate impact.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working within a project environment with exposure to working within a multi-disciplinary team. They will ensure business case, plans and control processes have sufficient detail and have evaluated the potential impact of the changes made, including a traceability matrix (if relevant), conduct QA, testing and delivery of changes, and help to resolve any issues.
They should also have sound working knowledge of banking products and financial instruments with respect to all major asset classes. The role will also be required to work closely with external consults and project managers for this reason strong relationship management and communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will also be required to identify and document the processes, system changes and timescales required to introduce changes and ensure the correct governance of the change process.
Knowledge of UK and EU banking regulations is advantageous specifically Germany.The candidate must be experienced with visio and MS products and be educated to bachelors / masters level.
