Our Client is looking for a Tax professional. 

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual state and local sales and use tax returns, including gathering and compilation of reports and work papers.
Track all tax-exempt transactions and maintain copies of all tax-exempt forms.
Reconciles monthly indirect tax obligation to amounts collected and ensure general ledger balances are accurate.
Work with Accountants at various locations on developing a systematic process that will allow for the proper accrual of use tax on fixed assets & other expense items.
Work with outside consulting firm to ensure all annual reports and business license filings are completed in a timely manner.
Prepares supporting documentation for all tax returns and reconciliations.
Prepares personal property tax renditions to ensure accurate & timely reporting and filing in order to take advantage of Freeport exemptions where applicable.
Work collaboratively with external consultants regarding Real Estate and Personal Property Tax matters.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of indirect tax reporting experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree or work equivalent.
Sales and use tax experience
Familiar with Microsoft suite of product software
Ability and willingness to develop skills in other areas of tax
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
