My client is a successful Investment Management firm. They are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team ASAP on an initial 6 month contract. There is the capacity to extend further should both parties be happy at the end of the 6 month period.

All interviews will be conducted remotely and work would be remote for at least the first few months.

The successful candidate would be reporting to the Financial Controller and would be responsible for:

• Monthly entity financial analytical review
• Point of contact for third party service providers/administrators
• Monthly management financial reporting preparation and review
• Ad hoc project work
• Streamlining and improving processes
• AP/Bookkeeping for smaller management companies

The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent with experience gained from a Financial Services background; Investment Management ideally. Experience with Sage would also be beneficial.

Due to the urgent nature of this role, candidates with a notice period of longer than 1 month cannot be considered for this role.
