The Role Responsibilities Summary
Lead the delivery of a long-term CRM solution and portfolio of Frontline Enablement tools for CCIB.
Review go-to-market options for a CRM solution and define target approach
Drive continuous improvement of the CCIB CRM solution
Collaborate with Frontline and DCDA / T&I teams define CRM requirements, use cases and implementation approach
Be a value-add member of Business Development management team, driving overall strategy and ambition setting for the team
Align CRM strategy and progress with senior CCIB leadership
Drive communications and training across the frontline (CC, FM, TB)
Effectively prioritise work of the CRM & Frontline Enablement team to deliver maximum impact for frontline teams and our client ambitions
Management overall process/project management of CRM delivery. Oversee delivery and rollout of capabilities against a target rollout schedule.
Set up and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that trac CCIB's CRM agenda
People and Talent
Build & grow a small, high-performing team that drives the CRM & Frontline Effectiveness tools
Drive a positive, inclusive team culture across the broader Business Development team
Provide regular team feedback and performance reviews for the team
Ensure that CRM & Frontline Enablement tools adhere to CCIB risk protocols
Regularly review the risks of major projects and pro-actively mitigate risks, where required
Be the accountable owner for CRM budget and approvals.
Be the Product Owner for CRM and Frontline Enablement tools (e.g. RFP tracker, Client Opp/ Meeting Plan Tool, Briefing Notes, Blue/Green Sheet automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Our Ideal Candidate
Degree holder; advanced degree preferred
Deep understanding of CRM systems, applications and use cases
Understanding of wholesale banking industry (preferred, not pre-requisite)
Proven ability to lead high-performing team and deliver tangible results
Located in Singapore or willing to relocate
