We are seeking a Cloud Security Product Manager within Cybersecurity & Technology Controls.
Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC); As an Cloud Security Product Manager, you are part of the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) team, supporting the Chief Technology Office (CTO) in their expansion of Public Cloud. You will play an important role in developing and delivery cloud security solutions as it relates to workloads going to and on the public cloud. You will have an eye for detail and an ability to see big picture across control issues for both CTC & CTO organizations.
The Chief Technology Office (CTO) is the technology organization for the firm, delivering a wide range of cutting edge products and services (for example public cloud, CI/CD & ML/AI capabilities), and partnering with all lines of business to provide high quality service delivery, exceptional project execution and financially disciplined approaches and processes in the most cost effective manner. The objective of the CTO is to balance both business alignment and the centralized delivery of core products and services.
The Public Cloud program is an initiative responsible for architecting, implementing and supporting new, cutting edge, cloud platforms for transforming our business applications into scalable, elastic systems used to drive JP Morgan's digital transformation.
Key responsibilities: - Work with Cybersecurity and CTO organizations to ensure the secure delivery of public cloud infrastructure in APAC.
- Managing the delivery of regional and global cross-product initiatives by partnering with and influencing global product backlogs, demand management, and yearly planning taking features and deliverables through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using standard processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, CI/CD, ATDD, etc.)
- Partnering with global product owners to develop and influence the strategic vision and roadmaps for global product domains across technology, architecture, operations, standards, et al.
- Ability to resolve conflict with a proven ability to facilitate and/or make complex decisions based on experience, analysis and judgment.
- Build and maintain strong business and vendor relationships.
- Providing regular management reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders in business units.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: - Hands on experience in securing public and private cloud environments as a product manager or similar role.
- At least 8 years in technology product management, development and delivery.
- Direct security product/service experience with AWS, Azure or Alibaba Cloud services.
- Active industry certifications related to cloud; i.e.: AWS Solutions Architect, Security SME, etc.
- Regulatory and Compliance experience in the context of public cloud and cybersecurity, including APAC regulatory experience with MAS, HKMA, and other regional regulations and laws.
- CCSP, CISA, CISSP, CISM or other information security certifications which demonstrate industry knowledge and experience.
- Expertise in Agile and can work with at least one of the common frameworks
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans
Preferred skills/experience: - Work independently, collaborate within a team and comfortable in a virtual environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is preferred as this role may require interaction with projects related to our China project.
- Ability to prioritize and work under stringent timelines in a global environment.
- Ability to lead within a cross line of business technology organization, empower people, build rapport, garnering respect and appropriately exercising authority in a global company.
- Understanding of technology processes such as resiliency, disaster recovery management, performance and capacity management required
- Strong, demonstrated experience to learn new technologies.
