A multi billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to make a newly created hire for one of its new fund launches.

Sitting on the trading desk, the hire will have sole responsibility of BAU operations for its most recent fund launch. As a result, the hire will work very closely to a bank of leading industry traders. It is a unique opportunity to have a start-up type set up, albeit within a leading global buy-side firm and thus complete job security. Project work can form an important part of the role as the hire assists with the build out of the desk.

Candidates should have excellent academic profiles. We are flexible on level of experience, albeit a junior with 1-4yrs experience looking for a big step up would work very well. We are also happy to consider either hedge fund or investment banking candidates. Anybody with a programming skillset would be at an advantage, but it is not a necessity.

Given flexibility on experience, a broad base salary range of 45-65k can be possible. Given that the firm run a success / bonus driven culture, a top performer can earn a six figure total compensation package post-bonus if they are deemed to be an exceptional performer.
