Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the execution of M&A transactions, including takeovers, acquisitions, divestitures and other related activities.
• Assisting with preparation of marketing and pitching specific M&A ideas
• Assistance in preparing financial and valuation models in relation to potential transactions.
• Drafting and providing input to relevant transaction documents.

In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of a 2.1 degree or equivalent from a top university and a have a keen interest in UK Capital Markets and M&A transactions
• Have accrued M&A experience with a bank, boutique or Big 4 style firm and be able to operate at an Analyst 2 to Associate 1-2 level
• Strong numerical, analytical and project management skills
• High inter-personnel skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers and clients
