This role would suit an individual who enjoys managing the Shared Services Function, whilst simultaneously partnering with their HR Consultancy team. Therefore, giving you as the successful candidate the opportunity to make broaden your exposure within HR to include both Shared Services and Consultancy experience.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the full HR operations process for the EMEA region
Acting as an escalation point for any complex HR queries and guidance
Own the management of HRIS MI using Workday
Improve operational processes and procedures
Liaise with EMEA colleagues to manage the individual needs of each territory
In summary the successful candidate will have a proven track record within HR in a Shared Services Function for a multinational organisation ideally from the financial/professional services industry.
It is essential to have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both German and English
