Your team
We build and maintain platforms to support Cleared Derivatives across Global markets. You will be the hands-on delivery lead for a specific stream within the 3 year re-platforming programme, directing teams in Poland and India

Your expertise
You have:
- solid software development skills in Java
- experience of Messaging and Routing Technologies, in particular Kafka/MQ
- experience with build tools such as Maven and Gradle / containerisation, including Kubernetes and Docker / continuous integration tools such as Gitlab
- expertise in developing and deploying Microservices and distributed solutions on hybrid infrastructures
- hands-on experience with RESTful services, API design and Cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- experience of integrating multiple Global platforms
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience of influencing and managing remote staff
- agile/Scrum master delivery experience - using tools such as Confluence and Jira
- proven experience of managing stakeholders and sponsors
- a keen interest in financial markets and a constant desire to add value to our company
- knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives would be a plus
