The Digital Tech Program Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Proactively manage the end-to-end technical delivery of Strategic Projects from inception to commercialization for Country launches.
Work with 2-3 scrum teams and have the technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the technology teams you work with.
Manage project communications, and may be the first point of contact for the team.
Run effective meetings, recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them.
Verbal and written communication is clear and concise. Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations.
Own project communications and ensure the right information about the status of a project is delivered to the right audience at the right time.

5-8 years experience in a Program Management / Operations function
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in working on a large scale global projects.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Commercial Cards business knowledge a significant plus
Technical / Functional Proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint skills.
Interfaces with senior project staff and senior management teams regarding status of projects.
Manage ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests, including financial tracking and execution of TTS tech efficiency Programs
Experience in managing Third-Party Vendor relationships, validation of SOWs and submitting them to Sourcing team for execution
Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Requires strong Stakeholder Management experience to drive discussions between Business, Operations and Technology Teams.
Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly
Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement.
