The role

As a DevOps Engineer you will be working with outstanding digital talent to innovate and create great solutions for iconic names.

Further responsibilities will include:

• Architect a project or programme's Deployment Pipeline
• Apply DevOps thinking - bringing development and IT ops processes, people and tools closer together
• Provide DevOps thought leadership and mentoring in both advisory and delivery contexts
• Support in defining and executing a balanced management methodology

Your experience

• A technical background in a similar role and with implementation work
• Experience in significant delivery or operational role during the go-live of aat least two major web sites (or other large IT systems)
• Knowledge of CI platforms, infrastructure-as-code frameworks, application release automation tools, IaaS and PaaS technologies
• Architecture, implementation and operational experience of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Implementation experience with Puppet, Chef, Ansible or Salt
