Our Client is a HK listed company with global operations. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Systems Implementation) to join the team.
Lead a small team in Finance for reviewing implemented ERP system processes, identifying improvements areas, driving and delivering changes in ERP and associated systems
Drive new technology, practices, and procedures in delivering business processes improvements; collaborate with other Finance and cross-functional teams in deploying enhancements or new systems and applications
Co-ordinate and facilitate the implementation and rollout of system solutions to Hong Kong and Mainland projects for Group initiatives
Review the processes on reporting and analyses compilation and identify areas to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process and controls, including the timeliness and quality of management information
Liaise with IT department and/or Vendor on project plans, the phasing in and monitoring the progress of enhancements/new projects with business defined priorities and targeted schedules
Bridge the gap between IT department and/or Vendor and end user in various tasks during the system development cycle
Conduct user requirements gathering, evaluate application/solutions, perform functional design vetting and impact analysis to ensure proper integration with implemented ERP functions or legacy systems
Lead user teams on user acceptant testing, maintain system documentation and training to users on system usage
In charge of on-going system support to user department, liaise with IT department on system issues to minimize business and operational interruptions
Support the Finance function in business continuity planning and management
Assume certain responsibilities of the reporting function as and when required and to broaden knowledge on the daily business operations and practices
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, Economics or related discipline
Qualified CPA (Member of the HKICPA or equivalent) with Information system educational background
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support is essential
Solid hands-on experience in analyzing organizational requirements and fulfills business needs with system solutions. Working knowledge on Accounting is required
Prior experience in leading and delivering ERP system from the perspective of Finance Department, and the associated business transformations and processes, in a large and complex environment
Experience in business intelligence and workflow system is an added advantage
Knowledgeable in Information Systems Lifecycle Management
Proven record in project planning, leading and managing staff for project delivery
Good communication skill, interact effectively across multiple functional areas
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
