Our client is a leading international large-cap private equity firm, with a superb track record of more than 30 years throughout Europe. This is a great chance for bright and ambitious investment professionals to join one of the leading and highly active Private Equity houses with a very solid deal pipeline due to their recently raised multibillion Euro fund and a world class team. This role incorporates all aspects of the deal cycle, from origination to execution, including active portfolio involvement. The firm seeks to hire Associates with a long-term perspective and will provide you with excellent career development opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Close involvement in identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities from sourcing new investments to all aspects of deal execution
  • Take on quick responsibility and independent management of due diligence work streams
  • Work with the senior management of portfolio companies on creating growth, and eventually preparing the firms for exit
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Great academic results from an established university
  • Relevant transaction experience and initial training at a top-tier investment bank, private equity or consulting
  • Impeccable financial modelling skills and strong commercial judgement, paired with the ambition and drive to build a track record in a fast-moving environment
  • Native level German and excellent English language skills are a must
