Company Secretary

Role:

• Provide high quality company secretarial support and advice to the Board and Committees
• Ensuring the business is compliant with the FCA, UK Corporate Governance Code and the Companies Act 2006
• Contribute to the provision of best practice corporate governance advice to Directors
• Ensure statutory filings across legal entities are carried out
• Review and update the Corporate Governance framework as appropriate

Profile

Company Secretary

Essential:

• Demonstrable background working within a Secretariat
• Outstanding working knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• ICSA qualified
• Experience working within the Financial Services sector
