A Natural Resources business, headquartered in Central London, are currently seeking the addition of a Group Financial Controller as they move into their next phase of growth.
They are going through a new period of growth, with a new field coming online soon, and are actively looking for neq acquisitions. As such this role will be involved in FP&A and any M&A transactions that occur. This is an exciting time to join a growing and dynamic business.
Reporting into the CFO, the successful applicant will be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with first hand experience of compilation of statutory accounts, audit process and complex accounting ideally in an extractive environment.
It is essential the the successful applicant has an ACA background in the Big 4, ideally with 8-10 years post qualified experience, and experience in a Reporting role in an Energy business.
Prior experience of management accounting and cost control, project management and financial controls design and implementation are hugely advantageous.
