Business Function
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage daily activities including mailroom and courier services, document scanning, car pooling and/or other services, to keep track and devise a good productivity, cost effectiveness and quality service to external & internal customers.
  • Manage and monitor the delivery of services by service providers on outsourced activities and delivery of security transaction services to ensure compliance to process and control guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic review exercise to ensure internal users are complying to the policies & standards of the Bank and meeting regulatory requirements
  • Define & conduct monthly checks with Service Providers to comply with the Bank's control requirements in areas of business continuity, physical security standard, information security standard and operational control, etc.
  • Support and participate in various special projects.
  • Maintain excellent working and professional relationship with existing and potential suppliers or service providers for the best prices and market information.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate management reporting and MIS reporting.

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance or other relevant disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking.
  • Good understanding of banking operations with extensive experience in management.
  • Sound knowledge in people management and development, change management, project management, and information technology literacy and applications.
