Lenders can lend from £1,000 to property-secured loans and earn up to 12% p.a. All Blend Network loans are secured against a first charge on the property. Our platform is designed to be simple to use.

Overall Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing & streamlining processes, documenting & maintaining process documentation (yearly reviewed or quarterly reviewed).
• Overseeing the Compliance Function: Ensuring FCA compliance and continuously monitoring/ documenting processes & policies.
• Build financial projections
• MI Pack and KPIs
• Recruiting into London team.
• Work closely with the marketing team.
