We are looking to hire an Investment Associate to support our equity investment team and the CIO.

The role will be equally split between providing portfolio management and investment analysis support to the investment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 18-24 months of experience within the asset management industry, who is looking to progress to the next stage of their career.

The individual will be responsible for performance, attribution and risk portfolio analytics, maintaining and developing internal and external reports.

The individual will also be working with the investment team assisting in the investment research process and report generation process.

Trade execution will also form part of this role, assisting in executing and reconciling trades raised.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Focus and attention to detail
• A performance oriented and analytical mindset
• Experience in portfolio management and trading
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and accounting. Previous research experience conducting bottom-up investment analysis is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills covering financial modelling, forecasting, data analysis, as well as coding and VBA programming
• Good knowledge and demonstrable experience of using Bloomberg
• Ability to work independently and be resourceful within a small team, understanding that a flexible approach allows individual growth
