PA EA to join Private Equity firm (with an exceptional reputation) as a PA/EA to three key members of the firm. The role will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract with view to going permanent. You would receive all the benefits of a permanent member of staff.

Duties will include all the usual requirements -

• Managing very busy diaries, conference/audio visual calls with worldwide destinations, travel, correspondence and a lot more besides.
• Event organisation
• Opportunity to get involved in some general HR duties
• There may be some (but not a lot) of personal work.
• 3:1 role is quite demanding especially at busy company reporting periods.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Worked within SME Finance companies at the most senior level.
• You will have a solid cv and first class IT, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Personality is key. You will be calm, very much a team player and have a real 'roll sleeves up' attitude.
